1. Services Provided

Aone Pro Management Services offers tree service, landscaping, hardscaping, yard maintenance, trimming, mulching, seasonal clean-ups, snow removal, and related outdoor property services.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer
• Pricing may change if the scope of work differs or additional labor/equipment is required
• Estimates may include taxes, disposal fees, or material costs depending on the service

3. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to weather or job delays
• Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service area
• Missed appointments or inaccessible yards may result in a service charge

4. Payments & Billing

• A 50% down payment is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion
• Payment structures may vary only if agreed upon in writing
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Venmo, Check, Zelle, Credit/Debit Cards, ACH, Digital Invoicing, Amazon Pay, CashApp, or other methods specified in writing
• A late fee applies if the remaining balance is not paid within 3 days of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• A flat $100 fee applies for any returned or bounced checks

5. Cancellations

• Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before canceling or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate service information
• Keep pets secured during service
• Remove obstacles from the work area
• Allow safe access for crew and equipment

7. Service Limitations

Service may be postponed or modified due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Unsafe property environments
• Equipment failure
• Municipal or regulatory restrictions

We reserve the right to decline service if safety is compromised.

8. Website Usage Terms

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute content without written permission

• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Pre-existing lawn or property damage

• Customer-provided equipment failure
• Weather-related property impact

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
